Pettit & Ayala Consulting

David Pettit and Natalie Ayala bring a combined 50 years of experience in driving growth and innovation across diverse industries. With over 30 years of expertise, David has a deep understanding of economic development strategies, project management, and fostering long-term community growth. Natalie specializes in structuring public-private partnerships between local government entities and real estate developers. David established David Pettit Economic Development in 2013, and Natalie joined the firm in 2018. In 2025, David and Natalie partnered to rebrand as Pettit and Ayala Consulting. Together, they turn challenging real estate projects into financially feasible ventures, maximizing tax revenue for communities while increasing returns for investors.
