Projects > Glade Parks TIRZ and PID

Working in conjunction with the City of Euless and Rubloff Development Group, we facilitated the creation of a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) to finance the development of public infrastructure in the zone. To provide a backstop for the City following the issuance of bonds, a Public Improvement District (PID) was also established. Combining both a TIRZ and a PID provided the city with enough insurance to agree to issue $12.1 million worth of public infrastructure bonds in three phases.
